4. AI Data Processing

When you submit information through Ventry's AI tools, your prompt is securely transmitted to our artificial intelligence service provider solely for the purpose of generating the response you requested.

Ventry does not intentionally retain user-submitted prompts or business ideas after they have been processed to generate a response, except where temporary processing or retention may be necessary for technical operation, security, troubleshooting, or compliance with applicable law.

Artificial intelligence systems are operated by third-party providers and are subject to their own policies and practices.

For this reason, you should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information, confidential business information, passwords, financial account numbers, or other information that you would not want shared with a third-party service provider.

5. What We Do Not Collect

At the time of publication, Ventry does not:

  • Require user accounts;

  • Intentionally retain AI conversations after processing;

  • Sell personal information;

  • Build advertising profiles;

  • Operate its own analytics or advertising tracking systems; or

  • Intentionally collect more personal information than is necessary to provide the Services.

As Ventry evolves, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in functionality.

To operate the Services, Ventry relies on trusted third-party providers.

  • Wix for website hosting and infrastructure;

  • OpenAI for AI-powered response generation; and

  • Stripe for payment processing.

Ventry is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

Ventry does not sell your personal information.

We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.
